The set includes the coordinating detachable Ankara and an organza top allowing the dress to be styled in two different ways. Worn alone, the strapless bustier creates a more glamorous and contemporary look. How to style it

Because the dress itself is already a statement, I would keep the accessories elegant rather than adding too many competing elements.

My preferred shoes: pointed-toe burgundy or deep red heels, exactly like you are wearing in the photograph. They beautifully pick up the red in the Ankara while making the whole look feel sophisticated. Black pointed heels are another timeless option, while nude heels will soften the look. For a Heritage Day celebration outdoors, elegant flat sandals or a low block heel would also work beautifully.

For jewellery, choose medium-to-large gold earrings, sculptural gold hoops or simple African-inspired statement earrings.. When wearing the bustier alone, a delicate gold necklace or short statement necklace can work.

Complete the outfit with a burgundy, red, black or neutral clutch, or a small structured handbag. For an even stronger Heritage Month look, you could add a coordinating Ankara headwrap, but I would keep the earrings slightly simpler if you do.
