FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is my card payment not going through?

- Insufficient Funds or Card Limit

Your card may not have enough available credit or balance to complete the purchase. Some banks also limit daily spending or online transaction amounts.

Check their available balance or try a different card.

-Card Issuer Declined the Transaction

Sometimes banks automatically block payments they suspect are unusual or potentially fraudulent, especially international transactions.

Contact the bank or card issuer to approve the transaction, then try again.

-Incorrect Payment Details Entered

Even a small typo in the card number, expiry date, CVV, or billing address can cause a failed transaction.

Double-check all their card and billing details before submitting the payment.
